Choppers Hub Gear  policies are simple.

Shipping policy:

Free pickup for all bikers gear from our store everyday from 12pm to 10 pm.
ZERO Shipping fees.

Please check carefully the description of the item and don't hesitate to contact us via email or phone for further details before placing an order.

Items usually are shipped within 48 hours from placing the order.

Cancelation Policy:

​

you can contact us via email or phone for cancellation within 24 hours from placing your order. After 24 hours (if your product is shipped already), Our return policy will apply to your order.

We accept all returns that meet the following conditions:

 

All items will have to include all original packaging, labeling and tags in good condition.

(Free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings - including writing of any kind.)

 

If Choppers Hub Gear receives your return with damaged or missing the original packaging the item will be rejected, and your return will not be processed.

 

*Helmets must be returned with the original box, film on the face shield and all items in the box unopened. The helmet box must be packed inside a shipping box. Helmet boxes are not designed for shipping. 

 

You can drop your return item at our store in Heliopolis Cairo within 21 days  from receiving your order or we can arrange a pick up for you with a cost of 100 LE within Greater Cairo ( additional cost will apply for orders outside Cairo).

Your refund will be issued as soon as we receive the product in the above conditions, you will be refunded via a bank transfer or credit card refund or as store credit if your prefer it for future orders.
